9:30 am on Tuesdays: Core and Balance Class
10:00 am on Tuesdays: Aerobic, Weight and Stretching Class
10:00 am on Thursdays: Aerobic, Weight, and Stretching Class
New this year! A 9:30 am Core and Balance class. You can come and use this as a warm up for the 10:00 am Aerobic, Weight and Stretching class! This 9:30 am class will only be on Tuesdays.
Bring: Weights, mats, water and hard working attitude. Growing stronger and getting our Battle Gear ready for whatever Life throws at us. Body, Mind and Spirit.

Are you interested in getting fit? Eating better? Staying healthy? Our women’s exercise class focuses on strength, stretching, toning, and cardio. Our certified instructors mix in information about nutrition and healthy eating. It’s fun, energetic, and filled with great women. The class is open to the community and is free of charge.
We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Wilson Hall from September through April. Brenda Roethlisberger will be teaching the Tuesday class and Michelle Kovach will teach on Thursdays.
Exercise class is currently on break for the Summer. See you in September!
