EXERCISE CLASSES

summer class

(june-July)

Stability Ball/Weight class

Tuesdays, beginning June 4 and continuing through July.
9:00 am in Fellowship Hall. FREE and open to the public.

fall/winter/spring classes

(september through may)
TUESDAYS

9:00 am class: 9:00-10:00 am in Fellowship Hall. Emphasis on resistance training.  This is the aspect where women get less of an opportunity to try it and the most needed aspect of physical training.        

10:00 am class: 10:15-11:15 am in Fellowship Hall. Back again!! beginning December 5. A slightly slower class for those heading out on cruises or trips, those graduating from PT and need to continue exercise or those utilizing canes and/or walkers. Also free and open to the public, for men and women. Core strength and balance.

THURSDAYS

“Strong and Courageous”!!! Thursday class is 9:00-10:00 am in Fellowship Hall and will be with a greater emphasis on resistance training.  Weights/Bands etc.   

As we age, we lose muscle mass, automatically.  Unless you’re doing exercise to reverse the condition it can greatly impact your quality of life.  Everyone needs it to stay healthy and function optimally. If you feel that weights/bands aren’t good for you, still come and go through the cardio/stretching parts and don’t use any weights.  It’s better to go through the motions and keep your range of motion than have no movement or strength conditioning at all. 
We are here for YOU!!
