John the baptist was a prophet, honored by Jesus as "the greatest". John the baptist came to be a witness to the messiah and to invite people not only to Jesus, but to the kingdom way of living Jesus came to establish. In our message this week, the Rev. Doug Raraigh encourages us with the fact we too can be great when we, like John the baptist, introduce people to Jesus.
