Senior Associate Pastor

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for discipleship, family, and communities and who has a servant’s heart. The Senior Associate Pastor is a salaried full-time employee who assists the Senior Pastor in the execution of the mission, vision, and strategic planning for Christ Church at Grove Farm.

This position is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the pastoral staff, ensuring that they are in alignment with the Senior Pastor’s goals and objectives. The pastoral staff includes Kid’s Min, Middle School, High School, College & Career, Women’s, Men, Seniors, Pastoral Life, Christian Education, and Missions.

This individual is expected to lead and contribute to the team spirit of the pastoral staff through leadership, prayer, fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, and participation.

The Senior Associate Pastor is a member of the Senior Pastor’s Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate must have a high level of competency in biblical and theological studies, five years of ministry leadership experience, and is able to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. He must have a sound knowledge of Scripture, an ability to preach and teach effectively and apply Scriptural principles in all areas of ministry. This individual must demonstrate proven leadership in mobilizing staff and volunteers toward a shared vision. A Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary is preferred.

Senior Operations Director

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for business administration and who has a servant’s heart. The Senior Operations Director is a salaried full-time employee who assists the Senior Pastor in the execution of the mission, vision, and strategic planning for Christ Church at Grove Farm.

This position is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the business/administrative staff, ensuring that they are in alignment with the Senior Pastor’s goals and objectives. The business/administrative staff includes Creative Services, Finance and Accounting, Communications, Human Resources, Church Office, Facilities, and Network Administration.

This individual is expected to lead and contribute to the team spirit of the business/administrative staff through leadership, prayer, fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, and participation.

The Senior Operations Director is a member of the Senior Pastor’s Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field and five years of experience as a senior leader in a corporate business environment. Master’s work in biblical studies a plus. He must have a sound knowledge of Scripture, able to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, and can effectively apply Scriptural principles in all areas of ministry. This individual must demonstrate proven leadership in mobilizing staff and volunteers toward a shared vision. A Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary is preferred.

Office Manager

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for administration and who has a servant’s heart. This salaried full-time position is the front-line contact for Christ Church at Grove Farm. The Office Manager handles the various day-to-day administrative responsibilities and is responsible for the church calendar, records, office equipment and supplies. This position is scheduled to work normal business hours Monday through Friday and willing to serve on Sundays and special events as needed.

The ideal candidate is required to have a high school diploma or the equivalent and a minimum of two years administrative or office experience. The candidate must be proficient with PC platform, MS Office software, and church management software. Familiarity with Apple products a plus. Must have excellent personal skills to engage and relate with people in person, on the telephone and by email.
