We traveled to Pittsburgh to visit family for Christmas and our car broke down while we were there. It was hard to find a shop that had availability to get the car fixed, but we did find one who was able to take it and look at it right away. The mechanic called us within a couple hours and said that it needed to go to the dealer because the repair was beyond their ability to fix. Not the news we wanted to hear, and we had to get back home. When we went to pick up our car, the guy handed us the $179 diagnostic bill. As I was getting my wallet out, he said not to worry about it. That the bill had been paid. He wished us a Merry Christmas and handed us this goodwill card. He couldn’t have known that we live paycheck to paycheck and that getting this car fixed was going to hurt. I was shocked at his kindness. God is always looking out for us and putting people in our paths to remind us of His love for us. Thank you.
