Following an exercise class, we will have various fitness assessments, blood pressure checks, balance assessments, fun healthy snacks and more. Come check it out if you’ve been a regular participant or even if you’ve never been here. Great for all fitness levels or no fitness level. Bring friends and family to this wonderful morning of fun, fitness, food and fellowship. It’s free!
