Operation Christmas Child – Christ Church at Grove Farm

Operation Christmas Child

A great service project for families, small groups, and ministries!

Since 1993, more than 100 million boys and girls in over 140 nations have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child. Samaritan’s Purse works with local churches and ministry partners to deliver the gifts and share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ.

A small shoebox can have a big impact. What goes into the box is fun, but what comes out of it is eternal. Be a part of changing children’s lives all over the world in Jesus’ name through the power of a simple gift with Operation Christmas Child.

You can build a shoebox by either picking up a box at Christ Church, take it home, fill it, and return it to the church or you can build a shoebox online. Helpful tips for both below:

BUILD A SHOEBOX ONLINE

This year, it’s even easier to build a shoebox online! You can help share God’s love with children around the world even if you don’t have time to shop for and pack an Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift. Make it your own by choosing from a list of gifts, then add a personal letter and photo. We’ll pack your shoebox and send it for you, for a suggested donation of just $25.

We can track the shoeboxes sent from Christ Church, using our goal page. When you build a box online, Samaritan’s Purse will pack it for easier passage through customs in hard-to-reach nations of the world.
