We love everything about Christmas. We decorate. We have annual traditions. We attend parties with family and friends. We give thoughtful gifts. And we love it all. But sometimes in the midst of all the celebration, we lose focus on what the true meaning of Christmas is … the incarnation of Jesus Christ. God gave us the greatest gift of all … the gift of Himself. He loves us that much. This Christmas season let’s focus on the simplicity, the elegance, the power, the majesty of simply Jesus Christ. Of Just Jesus.
As we become immersed in the busyness of this world over the holidays, may we take the time to be still and to remember that there is hope in simply the person of Jesus Christ. That is real. And that’s sitting under the tree for us on Christmas morning. May we seek Him this season and find our peace, our hope, our joy, and our strength in Christ alone. In Just Jesus.

Advent is the time that we prepare our hearts to welcome once again the God who laid aside His glory and assumed our humanity because of His great love for us. Our Just Jesus Advent Devotional features a devotion and prayer.
Set aside a few quiet moments each day and consider the true joy of the season. Advent Devotionals are available at the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings.

LIGHT THE NIGHT
This Christmas celebration event featured multiple Performing Arts groups and students who uniquely tell the story of Christ’s birth and the hope that faith in Jesus Christ can bring to humankind. The concert also features a special presentation of the Gospel by Urban Impact Founder and President, Ed Glover. December 1 & 2 | 7:00 pm. Admission is free.
Just Jesus advent prayer & worship
We invite you to take time to quiet your soul and prepare to encounter Jesus afresh this year. Join us for an hour of Worship and Prayer focusing on Just Jesus. We will meet on Wednesday, November 29 in The Barn at 6:30 pm. In the midst of the business of the Christmas Season, let’s all strive to simply keep our hearts fixed on Jesus!
OH WHAT FUN!
A Christmas Celebration for the whole family. Saturday, December 9th. Crafts, interactive winter games, pictures with Santa, and the Christmas story told in an exciting new way through the Candy Cane Adventure.
Women’s christmas breakfast
Join us for the Women’s Annual Christmas Breakfast and be blessed by the Word, worship, fellowship, and food as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Saturday, December 16, 2023. 9:00 am – 11 am. Doors open at 8:30 am. Breakfast at 9:00 am. Program to follow. Catered breakfast by Bistro to Go. $20 per person.
