Run the Marathon for Urban Impact!
Marathon Fundraising Pages Are Live!
No worries-you don't have to run the whole marathon, unless you want to! Urban Impact is a charity partner for the 2012 Dick's Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon and we're recruiting for all 6 events-5K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, Relay, Children's Marathon, and the Wheelchair Division. To learn how to run and fundraise on behalf of Urban Impact and set up your fundraising website, visit www.UIF2012Marathon.kintera.org or contact Cindy Dell at 412.321.3811 X 120. Help us meet our goal of 150 runners! The marathon will take place on 5/6/12.

Attention kids--we're looking for kids ages 5-12 who want to run the 2012 Dick's Sporting Goods Kids' Marathon for Urban Impact! There is no fundraising required--it's just a fun way to get in some regular exercise! Kids will meet weekly on Tuesdays from January 3rd-May 1 at Urban Impact’s building, Union Place on the North Side. Together, kids will complete 25.2 miles in kid-sized increments. Kids run the final mile on May 5, 2012 with other youngsters from all over the region. This is a fun way to encourage physical activity in children, and foster a team spirit. For more information, call Cindy Dell at 412-321-3811 x 120.
