There is no such thing as retirement in the body of Christ. That’s why we call ages 55 and up “prime time.” Seniors are the backbone of our congregation, and they provide countless hours of service to our church. Our Primetimers ministry offers a monthly fellowship with a speaker and lunch where seniors can connect, pray, and simply relax and enjoy one another’s company.

Guidelines

The following guidelines were decided and voted upon by the planning committee, 2001, and were revised, February, 2006.

The Christ Church Primetimers’ meetings will be held in the Fellowship Hall on the
first Thursday of each month at 12:00 noon, unless otherwise announced.

Each meeting will include a meal, a devotion, and a program. A suggested
annual donation of $20.00 per year per person will help to defray costs
of programs.

Officers and committee chairs will be members of the church and will serve for a period of two (2) years.

A basket will be available on each table for a suggested donation to cover the expenses ofthe meals and meetings.

When a meal is catered, payment is due when a person makes a reservation.
