The Men's Ministry at Christ Church is dedicated to making fully devoted followers of Christ by building men of integrity, intimacy, identity, and influence. In order to accomplish this, we strive to provide opportunities for Worship, Service, Sharing our Faith, Fellowship, and Discipleship.

Those five purposes (worship, service, sharing our faith, fellowship, & discipleship) are the reason for our ministry. The Great Commandment (found in Matthew 22:37-38) and The Great Commission (found inMatthew 28:18-20) direct us to love God, love our neighbors, make disciples, participate in fellowship, and teach & be taught.

These concepts are central to this ministry and drive all we do.

Men’s Breakfast - The Breakfast Club

The year is 2020. God’s Word stands firm throughout the centuries. 1 Corinthians 16:13 – 14 says, Be on your guard; Stand Firm in the faith; Be courageous; Be strong. Do everything in love. This is the Bible’s definition of being a man and what he does. Be deliberate. Be intentional about growing in your faith. Be a leader, the leader you’ve dreamed that you can be. Take responsibility for your own spiritual growth and that of others. Over the years we have had incredible speakers. Men of God from around the Pittsburgh region full of wisdom and of grace have led the charge. Bring your son, a brother, a buddy or, just come. Breakfast is from 8 – 10 AM in the Barn at CCGF and is free. Bring your Bible. Donations are accepted.

Future Speakers:

February 1:   Bill Little Pastor of Mt. Vernon Community Presbyterian Church in McKeesport. He has been a pastor for over 35 years. He has been a strong advocate of conservative Christian values within Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, was active on various boards including The Pittsburgh Project, Elizabeth Forward School Board, and Young Life. He is married to Ellen Thompson Little, father of four adult children, and grandfather to three grandchildren. He is a lifelong friend of our own Rev. Dr. David Brewer.

Ping Pong Night (New)

Each Thursday evening men are gathering at CCGF for a great night of fun, competition and challenge. Some guys are bringing a son. Some guys bring a buddy and some guys just come. Come in the back door of the church and turn left. Held in the Youth Rally Room from 645 – 9 PM. Bring your own paddle, a flip flop or get a paddle on site.
