The Men's Ministry at Christ Church is dedicated to making fully devoted followers of Christ by building men of integrity, intimacy, identity, and influence. In order to accomplish this, we strive to provide opportunities for Worship, Service, Sharing our Faith, Fellowship, and Discipleship.

Those five purposes (worship, service, sharing our faith, fellowship, & discipleship) are the reason for our ministry. The Great Commandment (found in Matthew 22:37-38) and The Great Commission (found inMatthew 28:18-20) direct us to love God, love our neighbors, make disciples, participate in fellowship, and teach & be taught.

These concepts are central to this ministry and drive all we do.

Men’s Breakfast

The year is 2019. God’s Word tells us, “Be on your guard; Stand firm in the faith; Act like men; Be strong. Do everything in love” (1 Corinthians 16:13, 14) ESV

This year our speakers at the Men’s Breakfast are going to be leading us in these things. We will also be given resources in being a godly husband and father. You are the head of your household and responsible for yourself and your family. Be deliberate. Learn about your own faith and lead your family in powerful living in Jesus Christ. Learn to be a man worth following. Bring your son, a brother a buddy or just come. Breakfast is from 8:00 - 10:00 am in the Barn at CCGF and is free. Bring your Bible. Donations are accepted.

Saturday, December 7, 8:00 am in the Barn
I am pleased to announce we have Craig Gyergyo, our new Sr Pastor, coming to introduce himself and challenge us in God's Word. Bring your son(s) and / or a friend and come enjoy getting to know Craig. He will be sharing his heart with us in the Barn. Myles Weaver will be leading us in worshiping our God. Breakfast begins at 8 AM and finishes by 10 AM. Weather permitting, a bonfire will be burning if you want to come earlier, grab some coffee and hang out.

Broken Not Defeated Men’s Conference

Saturday, Nov 16 at Christ Church at Grove Farm.
This Year’s Theme: Courage Under Fire
All of us men are under fire in some way—from stress at work, financial pressures, hectic schedules, conflict in marriage, unrealistic expectations, troubled teens, self-doubts, worldly temptations, and from everything that life throws our way. Come to the second “Broken, Not Defeated” Men’s Conference and hear the dynamic Steve Chiles and other leaders help you to navigate the choppy waters of today’s world. We all want to be able to have courage under fire, to become men who stand firm in the storms of life, and who finish strong for the next generation.
