Leanne Roland has been a cornerstone of our Student Ministry since she graduated from Geneva College, and has helped many, many girls through the traumas of growing up and finding a place for themselves as Godly young women.

Leanne calls herself “Happily single”, and in a great relationship with Jesus Christ who gives her fantastic ideas, wisdom and love.

So what else do we know about Leanne? She graduated from Moon Area High School and Geneva College. She loves concerts, discovering new music, being outside and being in coffee shops. Coffee shops are a favorite place to meet face to face with the students under her care. You can find her on Facebook and Twitter sharing the more humorous parts of her life, and the adventures of her cat, Olive Juice.

Leanne has been a vital part of Christ Church’s mission teams in Mexico, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Uganda where she has been able to help our students understand the world outside of their normal daily lives.

Leanne’s verse to live by is Galatians 2:20:  I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
