Registration - Seminar fee is $65 for first-time attendees, $30 for returning attendees. A $25 non-refundable fee must accompany this form (via Paypal after you click the Submit button below). The balance is due at or before the seminar check-in at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday,October 27, or Friday, October 28, 2011. You may make checks payable to Christ Church at Grove Farm, marking "Fresh Start Seminar" on the memo line.

Upon completion of the registration form below, you will be re-directed to a confirmation page which will link you to Paypal.  There you can pay your required $25 non-refundable fee, or you may pay your full seminar fee. Your registration will not be valid without an accompanying Paypal payment.
