Local Impact - Introducing our world to Christ starts in our own backyard. We at Christ Church take this concept very seriously and very literally. From our yearly Summer Day Camp that happens on site, to our deep connection to the North Side of Pittsburgh through Ed Glover and The Urban Impact Foundation, we are doing our part to help spread the Good News and get people connected with Christ. We are also locally involved in such ministries as Young Lives, a group that provides help and support for young mothers; Shepherd's Heart, a mission devoted to helping the homeless and veterans in the city of Pittsburgh; and Choices Pregnancy Center in Coraopolis, whose mission is to equip and empower individuals to make informed decisions with the goal of supporting a healthy, positive outcome for both parent and child.

Global Impact - Christ's love spreads over all the earth, and we want to make sure the world knows it! We support or have supported mission work in Uganda, Mexico, The Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic, to name a few. Our primary focus is our Encounter Uganda mission, a 10-year commitment to the Bunyoro-Kitara region. We provide support to the church and to the communities in the form of evangelism, education, well-drilling, transportation, building materials and work, and more. We are committed to reaching our world for Christ!
