Welcome to CIM at Christ Church
at Grove Farm!
Our Mission is to educate and empower Christians to promote and protect Biblical values in our culture. We are politically non-partisan, and united by a common love for Christ and the truth of God's Word. Our desire is to bring that Truth to others and inspire them to be active participants in public life through engagement in the political process.
Our Challenge is to reverse the erosion of Christian values on which this country was founded, values which we have taken for granted too long. Christians face discrimination in schools, the workplace, and the public square. Biblical values are often ridiculed in the media and sidelined in government. We are compelled to act because the sanctity of life, the nature of marriage, and the value of the family, are all under attack. We believe that the time to act is now, or we may lose the ability to act at all.
Our Goals are to:
- Educate and motivate Christ Church attendees
to be actively engaged on the issues that matter;
- Provide reliable research and accurate information
on relevant issues;
- Provide educational forums to learn about the issues
impacting our faith and families;
- Distribute Voter Guides from Christian organizations;
- Lead local Get-Out-the-Vote drives;
- Serve as a liaison with like-minded state and national organizations
such as The PA Family Institute, The Family Research Council,
and The Alliance Defense Fund;
- Mobilize prayer warriors to commit our activities to prayer,
and to inspire prayer for our nation.
