Director of Men's & Small Group Ministry

This full-time position is responsible for providing spiritual leadership and oversight to the men's and small group ministry of Christ Church; delivering solid preaching and teaching of biblical theology and social issues directed towards men; and preparing the annual budget and monitoring expenses and cash needs for the men’s ministry and small group ministry.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Divinity (M.DIV.) or equivalent, five years of ministry experience, is trained in evangelism, and has a continuous desire to learn in order to become a more effective leader.

He will be accountable to and supervised by the Associate Pastor of Family Life. This position will serve as an active partner of the Family Life Leadership Team to regularly evaluate ministry effectiveness in forming families spiritually.
